HOPE illuminates a new path forward in the wake of the current mental health crisis.
Transforming mental healthcare
Our goal is not only to alleviate symptoms but to aid in the transformation and self-actualization of the individual, enabling them to live in harmony with their most authentic selves.
HOPE strives to move beyond the traditional models of psychiatry & psychotherapy toward a more whole-person understanding of mental health and wellness. We value the individual's journey toward wholeness as much as the destination itself.
We focus on the root cause
Our model supports patients in finding their purpose and meaning
We address how patients are feeling AND living
The Hope Model ~ A modern approach
HOPE views symptoms as signals: urgent messages from the body and mind.
These symptoms are calling for transformation.
Rather than do things the typical way, we’ve created our approach, which is designed around our patients’ needs. We look as symptoms as signals.
“We believe that these signals of 'sickness' are calls to grow more real, to self-actualize, and to tap into one's innate wisdom...”
We take a step beyond Holistic psychiatry. Our model is a multidimensional approach to mental health care that recognizes the interconnectedness of the mind and body in the pursuit of overall well-being and movement towards self-actualization. Unlike traditional psychiatric and psychotherapy practices that often focus solely on symptom management, medication and long-term therapy, integrative psychiatry and integrative psychotherapy aims to address the root causes of mental health issues, our HOPE model goes a step beyond traditional integrative psychiatry to provide a pathway to complete recovery. We utilize a range of therapeutic modalities, including psychotherapy, nutrition, mindfulness, psychedelics and lifestyle changes, to provide a comprehensive and personalized treatment plan for each individual. Integrative psychiatrists and psychotherapists view their patients/clients as unique and whole beings, taking into account not only their mental symptoms but also their physical health, emotional state, and at times spiritual needs. This approach fosters a deeper understanding of the individual's mental health challenges and promotes long-term healing and resilience. We align with the belief that true well-being emerges when all aspects of a person's life are in balance.
